The present invention relates to a composite formulation composition containing tadalafil and dutasteride and a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composite formulation composition which comprises: a mixed solution composed of dutasteride, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, mono/di-glyceride, and polyoxyl castor oil; and an adsorbent, wherein the mixed solution is adsorbed on the adsorbent. In addition, the composition of the present invention is granulated by producing a suspension which contains a dutasteride formulation, tadalafil, a surfactant, a water-soluble polymer, and a solvent. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. In the composite formulation containing tadalafil and dutasteride, the dutasteride shows excellent solubility with a reduced amount of oil, compared to that of the conventional formulation, and the tadalafil shows enhanced elution rate in the suspension form. |
