The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a microstructure by using the negative pressure, and to a microstructure manufactured therefrom. The desired shape of the microstructure can be easily manufactured by using the manufacturing method of the microstructure of the present invention. The manufacturing method of a hollow microstructure comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a viscosity composition on a substrate; (b) manufacturing a solid microstructure by applying the negative pressure to the viscosity composition; (c) metal plating the surface of the solid microstructure; and (d) obtaining a hollow microstructure by removing the solid microstructure.
