The present invention relates to a COB-type LED for easily discharging heat and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the COB-type LED for easily discharging heat of the present invention comprises an aluminum substrate which comprises: an aluminum oxide film (11) formed as an insulation layer by being selectively anodized on the surface of an aluminum plate (P); and an attaching die (12) to which an LED chip (C) is directly attached. Since the heat generated in the LED chip is directly discharged to the aluminum substrate, heat dissipation is excellent. The attaching die (11) comprises an LED mounting unit (20) which comprises a nickel plating layer (21) for mounting an ED chip (C) and a die printing layer (22). The anodized aluminum oxide film prevents the corrosion of aluminum. As the conventional insulation layer comprising an adhesive which is weak to heat, is not needed, damage due to long-term use and heat is prevented. |
