A light emitting display device is provided. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the light emitting display device comprises: a substrate where a plurality of pixels are defined; a first electrode formed on the substrate on a pixel-by-pixel basis; a pixel definition layer partitioning each of the pixel on the substrate to have an opening to expose the first electrode; a charge injection layer formed on the first electrode; a surface treatment layer formed on the charge injection layer to extend from an inner side of the opening of the pixel definition layer to an upper surface of the pixel definition layer and configured to comprise a plurality of grooves on an area extending to the upper surface of the pixel definition layer; a charge transporting layer formed on the surface treatment layer; a light emitting layer formed on the charge transporting layer; and a second electrode formed on the light emitting layer. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the light emitting display device to improve display quality by preventing unwanted color mixture from being displayed. |
