The purpose of the present invention provides an LED driver which can improve stability and extend a range of application by supplying a uniform current, and a display device using the same. The present invention provides an LED driver and a display device using the same. The LED driver includes a power supply part which supplies a driving current to a channel which includes LEDs connected in series or parallel, and a first capacitor where a first electrode is connected to the channel and the output terminal of the power supply part and the second electrode is connected to the ground.
