The present invention relates to a seat clamp and, more specifically, to a seat clamp which enables a user to easily fix or release the clamp for fixing a seat of a bicycle and to easily change the direction of a handle by rotating a lever regardless of a fixing bolt. The seat clamp according to the present invention comprises: a body which is formed in a hollow shape to surround a seat post and has a pair of flange parts; a bolt which penetrates the flange parts and has an engaging part in a head part thereof; and a lever which is formed in a hollow shape to surround the outer surface of the head part of the bolt and has a catching part engaged with the engaging part on the inner surface and a handle for rotating the bolt.
