The present invention relates to a lighting apparatus for a vision test and a vision test apparatus. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the lighting apparatus for the vision test comprises: a housing unit including a testing opening and a lighting groove opened downwards; a lighting unit including a plurality of groove lights installed in an inner side of the lighting groove along a perimeter with different heights to illuminate a test target; and a light control unit controlling the lighting unit to control at least a lighting angle among the lighting angle and lighting direction illuminating the test target. Moreover, disclosed is the vision test apparatus. Disclosed are the lighting apparatus for the vision test and the vision test apparatus controlling one or more including at least the lighting angle among the lighting angle and the lighting direction, and obtaining a possible optimal image.
