The present invention relates to a method for providing a visual sound image which can generate, edit, and reproduce the visual sound image in which sound data is linked in a part of an area of an image, and to an electronic device implementing the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method of the present invention comprises the following operations: displaying, by an electronic device including a display, an image including at least one object on the display; receiving, by the electronic device, a selection of at least a part of an area of the object in the image displayed on the display or a part of an area in the image; and connecting, by the electronic device, the part of the area of the object or the part of the area in the image with sound data. Also, various embodiments are possible. |
