PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sheet and a production of the composite sheet that sufficiently exhibits a heat-insulating effect even in a narrow space inside a housing of an electronic apparatus and can effectively reduce heat transmission from a heat-generating electronic component to the housing or a low heat-resistant module component such as a liquid crystal display and an organic EL display.SOLUTION: The composite sheet comprises a graphite layer 102 and a heat insulation layer 103. The graphite layer 102 has a thickness of 100 μm or less, a thermal conductivity of 1000 W/m K or more in a plane direction, and a thermal conductivity of 20 W/m K or less in a thickness direction. The heat insulation layer has a thickness ranging from 0.05 mm to 1 mm and a thermal conductivity ranging from 0.01 to 0.05 W/m K.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
