PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air mattress suitable for urging a user to awaken.SOLUTION: An air mattress includes a plurality of air cells, each of which holds air independently, and a pressure regulator for regulating each pressure of the plurality of air cells. The pressure regulator performs preliminary pressure application (S11-S15) for setting each of the plurality of air cells to a state of a change point in which when an amount of air in each air cell is changed in a state that a user is on the air cell, a change rate of the pressure in the air cell to an amount of change of air in the air cell changes, and dynamic pressure application (S23) for supplying air to the plurality of air cells sequentially after the preliminary pressure application, and discharging the air from the plurality of air cells sequentially.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
