Provided in the present invention are a novel fullerene derivative and an organic solar cell containing same. The novel fullerene derivative according to the present invention has high solubility with respect to an organic solvent and high charge mobility, thus the organic solar cell using the novel fullerene derivative has high energy conversion efficiency.
