The purpose of the present invention is, in scheduling or other information management, to allow building a system with a high degree of customer satisfaction, which is capable of informing concerned parties of a variety of schedule update content, correcting misunderstandings or simple errors, verifying whether the updated schedule information is information which is necessary to an operator, and easily responding to schedule updates. Provided is a schedule management system configured to comprise a management system and a portable terminal system, wherein a schedule update is requested, a schedule to be updated is specified, and update content is transmitted from the portable terminal system. Furthermore, approval from an operator of the portable terminal relating to update information is accepted by the management system, a coordination of a schedule of a concerned party who will be affected by the update is made, and the updated information and the schedule information prior to the update are stored. |
