A fibre bragg grating vibration sensor (100), comprising a base (120), vibration measurement elements (141, 142, 143) and fibre bragg gratings (171, 172, 173), wherein the vibration measurement element comprises a cantilever beam (200), and a first lug boss (211) and a second lug boss (212) which are axially arranged along the cantilever beam (200), one end of the vibration measurement elements (141, 142, 143) at the side of the first lug boss (211) is fixedly mounted on the base (120), one end of the vibration measurement elements at the side of the second lug boss (212) hangs in the air, and the fibre bragg gratings (171, 172, 173) are axially encapsulated on the vibration measurement elements (141, 142, 143) to sense the vibration of the vibration measurement elements (141, 142, 143). |
