Embodiments relate to an apparatus (100) for a configuration of a vehicle. The apparatus (100) comprises an interface (110) which receives at least one first vehicle equipment parameter (140) desired by a user. The apparatus (100) further comprises a data memory (120) which stores a plurality of allowable vehicle configurations. The allowable vehicle configurations are characterized by a plurality of vehicle equipment parameters which are combinable with one another. The apparatus (100) further comprises a processor (130) which determines vehicle configurations potentially desired by the user among the plurality of allowable vehicle configurations based on a correlation between the first equipment parameter (140) desired by the user and a second equipment parameter. The vehicle configurations potentially desired by the user are characterized by the first equipment parameter (140) desired by the user and at least the second equipment parameter. |
