The present invention relates to a food grinder including a grinding tank cooling means, and more specifically, to a food grinder which includes a cooling means for cooling a grinding tank installed on the grinding tank including a plurality of heat radiator fins on an outer circumferential surface, so that the cooling means cools the grinding tank to prevent discoloration of a food material to be ground and aggregation of sugar contained in the food material to be ground and effectively grind the food material. According to the present invention, a grinding tank (4) communicates with a blower (6) on a frame (2) provided on a base plate (1), and an impeller (7) and a grinding cutter (5) are provided at an inside of the blower (6) and at an inside of the grinding tank (4), respectively, on a rotation axis (8) inserted into the blower (6) and the grinding tank (4) and rotating upon receiving power of the motor (13). The food grinder includes: a grinding area (4a) provided in the grinding tank (4); a plurality of heat radiator fins (4b) spaced from one another on an outer circumferential surface; and an upper impeller device (20) provided on the grinding tank (4). The upper impeller device (20) includes: an upper installation table (17) provided vertically on the grinding tank (4); an impeller (19) mounted on the upper installation table (17) and operated by the impeller motor (18); an edge cover (21) covering an outer surface of the heat radiator fins (4b) and an outer circumference of the impeller (19); and a front grill (22) including a plurality of air vents through which air is fed and provided on the front of the impeller (19). |
