PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that is for managing a parking lot and can easily prevent users' wrongdoing in the parking lot.SOLUTION: A ticket issuing machine is installed in a parking lot, the ticket issuing machine individually encoding actual data which a user can read into encryption data 130, 140 which the user cannot read, regarding each of multiple types of information constituting the actual data, printing the actual data and the encryption data on a parking slip, and issuing the printed parking slip to the user. A decryption device is installed in a management center, the decryption device individually decrypting the encryption data 130, 140 transmitted by the user via a communication apparatus and received in the management center for each of the types of information, and thereby restoring the actual data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
