PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending processing device for a metal tube, which can manufacture a bend tube closer to a complete circle in a sectional shape.SOLUTION: A bending processing device for a metal tube comprises: a transport device for clamping the metal tube in a direction perpendicular to an axial direction and for transporting in the axial direction; a turning arm adapted to turn in a plane parallel to the axial direction of the metal tube and borne at a position offset from the metal tube; a chuck attached to the turning arm for gripping the metal tube; and a bending roller 60 contacting the outer circumference of the metal tube and arranged at a bending support point. The bending roller 60 includes: a stem 61 made of a resin at a portion to contact the outer circumference of the metal tube and having a groove 61a formed in the circumference and extending in the circumferential direction; and a pair of extension parts 62A and 62B formed to cover the circumference other than the groove 61a of the stem 61. The sectional shape of the groove 61a is a semicircle having a diameter Dof 98 to 100% of the external diameter of the metal tube before bent, and the paired extension parts 62A and 62B individually have a thickness &Dgr;X of 0.02 mm or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
