a light-transmitting substrate; a metal layer pattern on the light-transmitting substrate, the metal layer pattern being in a peripheral region of the light-transmitting substrate; a first light-blocking layer pattern on the metal layer pattern; a second light-blocking layer pattern extending from the light-transmitting substrate to the first light-blocking layer pattern, the second light-blocking layer pattern covering inner side surfaces of the metal layer pattern and the first light-blocking layer pattern; and a light-transmitting area on the light-transmitting substrate, the light-transmitting area being surrounded by the second light-blocking layer pattern.
