The present invention relates to a method for preparing a minoxidil aqueous solution, comprising: a step for preparing a recombinant high-density lipoprotein by mixing apolipoprotein, phospholipids and cholesterol; and a step for adding the recombinant high-density lipoprotein and minoxidil into water to thereby dissolve the same. More particularly, it has been found that the solubility of high-density minoxidil is improved in an aqueous solution when minoxidil is formulated with the recombinant high-density lipoprotein resulting from mixing apolipoprotein, phospholipids and cholesterol. Therefore, the minoxidil aqueous solution prepared according to the present invention can be used as a more effective pharmaceutical composition in the treatment of alopecia by reducing skin side effects of a conventional monoxidile hair restorer which was productized by dissolving minoxidile in a conventional organic solvent. |
