The present invention relates to a charging device (1) which enables to reduce charging time of the batteries by using maximum power monitoring technique and the solar panel with high efficiency, and essentially which is characterized by at least one protection circuit (2) which provides protection against reverse connection of input, high voltage, current, at least one intermediate circuit (3) which enables to read the current drawn from the output of the protection circuit (2) and the voltage generated and comprises a filter circuit, at least one microprocessor (4), at least one converter (5) which is adapted to adjust charging current level and charge the batteries, at least one active diode (6) which prevents the battery/batteries to be charged from discharging in reverse direction, at least one 5V converter (7) which converts the variable voltage coming from the solar panel to 5V voltage level, and a method (100). |
