The invention relates to a roof-mounted air conditioning system for a vehicle, comprising a housing (16) which has an upper part (18) and a lower part (20), wherein the upper part (18) and the lower part (20) enclose an interior space of the housing (16) with one or more receptacles for components of the air conditioning system. It is essential to the invention that the upper part (18) has an integrally moulded upper stiffening structure (28), that the lower part (20) has an integrally moulded lower stiffening structure (30) which is designed to be complementary to the upper stiffening structure (28), and that the upper stiffening structure (28) and the lower stiffening structure (30) engage with each other and limit the movement of the upper part (18) relative to the lower part (20). The invention also relates to a vehicle comprising such an air conditioning system which is arranged on or at a roof of the vehicle. |
