UE (101) wirelessly connects to eNB (111), which is operated by company A; UE (102) wirelessly connects to eNB (112), which is operated by company D; and eNB (111) and/or eNB (112) transmits notification information that indicates a prescribed band that is contained within a wireless-frequency band allocated to company A and can be used for direct communication between UE (101) and UE (102). On the basis of the transmitted notification information, UE (102) uses the prescribed band to communicate directly with UE (101).
