The present invention relates to a health-type horse riding bicycle. The health-type horse riding bicycle comprises: a bicycle frame to which front and rear wheels are coupled to be rotated; a pedal driving part which allows pedals coupled to the bicycle frame to rotate the rear wheel; and a variable extension module which is connected between the bicycle frame and a saddle and performs a two-stage vertical movement by selectively applying the resultant force of the elastic force of external and internal springs or the elastic force of the external spring to the saddle, wherein each of the external spring and the internal spring is formed in a set to have elastic coefficients different from each other according to a spring load by corresponding to the weight of a user. The present invention enables the replacement of the external spring or the internal spring by detachably coupling a module body to the bottom support of the variable extension module. |
