The present invention relates to a volatile organic compounds (VOC) processing apparatus for a coating-drying oven, which comprises: a filter for filtering VOC gases discharged from a glass oven; a heat exchanger through which high-temperature, high-concentration VOC gases passed through the filter and room-temperature external air being supplied to the glass oven are to pass; and a cooling coil for condensing and recovering the VOC gases passed through the heat exchanger. Accordingly, heat exchange between high-temperature, high-concentration VOC gases discharged from the glass oven and external air being used in the glass oven is performed through the heat exchanger, thereby saving energy.
