The present invention relates to a power transmission apparatus in which a pair of driving gears which mutually rotates in forward or reverse direction repetitively is configured to alternately rotate a pair of chain gears coupled to a rotary shaft, wherein rotational force of the rotary shaft is transmitted to a power generator or a heat generation device connected to the rotary shaft so as to drive the power generator to obtain electric energy and to heat water through the heat generation device. |
