The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for supplying hybrid power by using regenerative power generated at an offshore plant. According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is the apparatus for supplying hybrid power of an offshore plant, which comprises: a generator; an AC/DC converter for converting, into direct current, alternating current generated by the generator, and supplying the direct current to a DC bus; a power load connected to the DC bus, and generating regenerative power; a first power storage unit for storing power; a first resistance unit for consuming power; a power detection unit for measuring voltage of the DC bus, and transmitting a control signal to a variable frequency drive (VFD) control unit according to the measured voltage; and the VFD control unit for receiving the control signal from the power detection unit, and controlling the first power storage unit or the first resistance unit according to the control signal.
