The present invention relates to a heat rod assembly of a heater for a vehicle, which comprises: positive (+) and negative (-) terminals extending by a predetermined length, and having each terminal plate; a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) element interposed between the terminal plates; and an insulation frame of a structure which covers the terminal plate and the PTC element. The insulation frame consists of first and second silicon plates which are sequentially formed by insert injection molding to allow each of the terminal plates and the PTC element to maintain an integrated coupling structure. Accordingly, the present invention can basically prevent a coupling gap from being generated between each assembly component to prevent condensed water or moisture, which is generated in a vehicle, from being intruded into the insulation frame, thereby preventing an insulation property between the terminal plates and the outside of a heat rod from being weakened. |
