摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser excitation fluorescent microscope that has high efficiency and high spatial resolution.SOLUTION: There is provided a laser excitation fluorescent microscope according to an example of the present invention, including: a laser light source part (10) that emits at least two types of excitation light having different wavelengths; a light condensation part (110) that condenses the two types of excitation light emitted from the laser light source part to a sample; a high-performance dichroic mirror (22) that is arranged between the laser light source part and the light condensation part, reflects the two types of excitation light emitted from the laser light source part to be made incident on the light condensation part, and transmits two types of fluorescent light generated on the sample according to the two types of excitation light; and a detection part (50) that detects the light transmitted through the high-performance dichroic mirror, where the incident angle &thetas; of the excitation light and the fluorescent light to the high-performance dichroic mirror (22) satisfies the formula: 0°<&thetas;<45°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
