PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for generating a timing synchronized with a base station device while excluding illegal base station devices.SOLUTION: Plural sub frames which are time-divisionally multiplexed with a super frame are prescribed, and it is also prescribed that a base station device is capable of notifying a packet signal in a section of a head portion of a sub frame. A modulation/demodulation unit 54 receives a packet signal. A synchronizing unit 56 executes timing synchronization on the base station device based on the packet signal to generate a super frame. The synchronizing unit 56 specifies a packet signal from an illegal base station device and excludes the specified packet signal from timing synchronization targets. The modulation/demodulation unit 54 notifies a packet signal in a section different from the section of the head portion which the base station device has notifies the packet signal out of plural sub frames which are time-divisionally multiplexed with the generated super frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
