PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of providing an intercom system that allows a communication terminal such as a smart phone to respond to visit notice from an intercom more easily than conventional intercom systems.SOLUTION: An intercom system comprises: an intercom device and an external server that is connected with the intercom device via a communication network, and establishes a communication channel between clients. The intercom device includes: a server unit for establishing a communication channel between clients; and a first client unit that functions as a client of the server unit and functions as a client of the external server. The first client unit transmits data captured by the intercom device to a communication terminal via a first communication channel established between the first client unit and the communication terminal by the external server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
