PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition excellent in processability and a pneumatic tire using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a rubber composition which comprises a diene-based rubber (A), silica (B), a silane coupling agent (C) and an acid-modified polyolefin (D), wherein the acid-modified polyolefin (D) has a melt mass flow rate of 100 g/10 min or more, the content of the silica (B) is 20 to 120 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the diene-based rubber (A) and the content of the acid-modified polyolefin (D) is 0.1 to 10 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the diene-based rubber (A).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
