PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alloy structure of an arbitrary geometry, ensuring high uniformity in the distributions of an element composition and a mechanical strength, excellent high-temperature strength, and excellent corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: A cast alloy manufacturing method comprises: a melting step of melting a raw material solid metal blank and generating molten metal; an overoxidation step of blowing oxygen gas into the molten metal and forming a slag; a separation step of separating the slag floating on a liquid level of the molten metal from the molten metal; a deaeration step of blowing argon gas into the molten metal separated from the slag and deaerating a gas component in the molten metal; and a casting step of casting the deaerated molten metal and forming a cast alloy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
