A compound of formula I wherein R1 represents (C1-C3)alkyl, or (C3-C5)cycloalkyl; U represents CH or N; V represents O or S; and A represents a linker of 1-, 2-, or 3-membered saturated straight chain group which is attached to, or interrupted by a 6-membered cyclic group selected from cyclohexan-1,4-diyl, piperidin-1,4-diyl, or piperazin-1,4-diyl; wherein said linker group has a total of two or three nitrogen atoms, wherein said nitrogen atoms are separated from each other by at least two carbon atoms; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
