According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided are a multi charging apparatus for an electric movement means and a multi charging method, which can reset a maximum power amount of the multi charging apparatus and charge electric movement means by a sequential charging method or an average charging method. The multi charging apparatus includes: a plurality of charging modules connected to the electric movement means to charge the electric movement means; a multi charging means connected to the charging modules to supply power to the charging modules; a control unit controlling a multi charging unit so as to supply the power to the electric movement means by a sequential charging method or an average charging method; and a panel unit displaying the sequential charging method or the average charging method for a manager to select the sequential charging method or the average charging method.
