The present invention relates to a photovoltaic power generation system with a fog spray cooling and cleaning device for a solar module. The photovoltaic power generation system includes: a solar module collecting sunlight to generate power; and a fog spray cooling and cleaning device disposed adjacent to the solar module and cooling or cleaning the solar module by a fog spray method. According to the present invention, the photovoltaic power generation system can cool or clean the solar module through the fog spray method, thereby increasing generation efficiency of the solar module.
