Disclosed is the present invention discloses an apparatus for forming recycling materials using waste synthetic resin. The apparatus for forming recycling materials using waste synthetic resin of the present invention comprises: a housing having a forming unit installed on the outlet of a cylinder case to be able to rotate to reverse the setting figure thereof, and a first and a second hollow divided by partitioning walls to have synthetic resin supply nozzles aligned selectively with the outlet of the cylinder case and then communicated therewith, according to the setting figure; a first and a second mold set built respectively in the first and the second hollow of the housing; and a filter member built respectively in the first and the second hollow to correspond to the first and the second mold set. The housing further includes vent valve units corresponding to be connected with the first and the second hollow respectively to discharge a molten resin. Accordingly, a vent valve automatically operates when the molten resin overflows because impurities are accumulated in a filter in the forming process of recycling materials using waste synthetic resin and the filter can be replaced in real time while the stoppage of the process is minimized. Therefore, the apparatus has effects of: enhancing the efficiency of the forming process to improve the forming productivity of the recycling materials using waste synthetic resin; and minimizing the input of impurities to enhance the quality of the recycling material using waste synthetic resin remarkably. |
