The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition which is produced by fermenting a formulated cosmetic ingredient and adding a thickener thereto to complete the fermentation. The composition of the present invention contains 90 wt% or more formulation it self, thereby exhibiting superior stability and feelings after use. In addition, the composition can be thickened as well. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof.
