PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste for laser machining which has a viscosity suitable for printing and can form a coating with a smooth surface, thereby facilitating formation of, e.g., fine signal wiring.SOLUTION: A conductive paste for laser machining comprises a binder resin, conductive particles, and a dispersant. The D10 average particle diameter of the conductive particles is 0.3 to 1 μm, and the D90 average particle diameter is 2-5 times the D10 average particle diameter. The viscosity measured using an E-type viscometer at a temperature of 25°C and a rotor rotation number of 5 rpm is 10 Pa s to 150 Pa s, and the thixotropic index is 1.2 to 2.4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
