Disclosed are a display method and a mobile terminal. The display method comprises the following steps: a mobile terminal detecting holding data via a sensor; judging a holding posture according to the holding data, wherein the holding posture comprises left-hand holding or right-hand holding; and adjusting the display of the mobile terminal to be in a style corresponding to the holding posture, wherein if the holding posture is left-hand holding, the display of the mobile terminal is adjusted to be in the style favourable for the manipulation of the left-hand holding; and if the holding posture is right-hand holding, the display of the mobile terminal is adjusted to be in the style favourable for the manipulation of the right-hand holding. By means of the above-mentioned solution, it can be realized that a display style is adjusted to the style facilitating the operation of a current holding posture according to a current posture of a user holding a mobile terminal having a large screen size, thereby improving the user experience. |
