The element (1) has at least one horizontal hole (2), preferably two horizontal holes, and a vertical pass-through gap (3) oriented towards the upper and lower wall and a closed gap directed towards the side walls, whereby the pass-through holes (2) and the gap (3) are filled with binder material.
