The present invention relates to a coupling structure of a driving shaft and a pulverizing cutter of an electric mixer. In the coupling structure of the pulverizing cutter which pulverizes an object by being coupled to the driving shaft provided with rotation force transferred from an electric motor in a lower end in a container of the mixer, the driving shaft has a supporting groove formed in a middle part on an external circumferential surface of a body thereof formed in a cylindrical shape to support the pulverizing cutter; and a supporting projection part is formed on an upper side on an external circumferential surface of the driving shaft to support a dehydration container and a peeling device. By means of the coupling structure of the driving shaft and the pulverizing cutter of an electric mixer according to the present invention, the supporting groove for supporting the pulverizing cutter is formed in a middle part on the external circumferential surface of the driving shaft provided with rotation force transferred from an electric motor in a lower end in a container of the mixer, and a supporting projection part is separately formed in an upper side on the external circumferential surface of the driving shaft to support the dehydration container and the peeling device. Accordingly, the pulverizing cutter, the dehydration container, and the peeling device are selectively replaced when needed, so an object may be pulverized, dehydrated, and peeled. |
