The present invention relates to a method for producing kimchi having functionalities such as anticancer, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties of Artemisia annua by using an Artemisia annua extract. Active ingredients exhibiting anticancer, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties of Artemisia annua may be effectively consumed. Compared to conventional kimchi, palatability is not reduced, so kimchi according to the present invention may satisfy consumers′ appetites. The kimchi also has a high medical effect, so health of consumers may be improved. |
