PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication support device, terminal devices, an authentication system, and a storage medium which can integrate storage media used for personal authentication in a plurality of facilities.SOLUTION: A device for supporting personal authentication which can identify a person and uses a storage medium storing personal ID information common to a plurality of facilities, comprises: a first storage unit for storing personal identification information which is associated with personal ID information and includes personal face image information; a first reception unit which receives personal ID information that is stored in the storage medium, from a terminal device installed in each facility; an extraction unit which extracts personal identification information associated with the received personal ID information from the first storage unit; and a first transmission unit which transmits the extracted personal identification information to the terminal device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
