1. A method for testing bio-fouling characteristics of a fluid containing at least one organism comprising:
a) introducing said fluid into a bio-fouling test assembly, wherein said bio-fouling test assembly comprises:
(i) an external enclosure defining an inner chamber, a fluid inlet extending into said chamber and a fluid outlet extending out of said chamber;(ii) a plurality of coupons disposed within said chamber, wherein said coupons define a fluid flow path extending around said coupons from said inlet to said outlet; and b) circulating said fluid through said fluid flow path, wherein said fluid flows across each of said coupons at a plurality of different flow velocities. |
