An organic semiconductor element is produced by: placing a laminate that includes a substrate and a crystalline material film formed on the substrate in a bag made of a sheet having a thickness of 0.1 to 40 µm; discharging gas from the bag and sealing the same; and isotropically pressurizing the laminate through the bag. Thus, it is possible to provide an organic semiconductor element in which the density of the crystalline material film is high, and that has high carrier mobility and a long carrier diffusion length. |
