The antenna comprises: a radiation sheet for emitting and receiving a radio frequency signal; a radiation sheet reference ground arranged opposite to the radiation sheet; a first transmission line for transmitting the radio frequency signal; a transmission line reference ground arranged opposite to the first transmission line; a first connection portion connected to the first transmission line and arranged opposite to the radiation sheet reference ground; and a first feed portion comprising a first transmission line feed portion and two first radiation feed portions, wherein the two first radiation feed portions are connected to the radiation sheet and are used for receiving the radio frequency signal of the radiation sheet or transferring the radio frequency signal to the radiation sheet; the first transmission line feed portion is connected to the first transmission line via the first connection portion so as to be able to mutually transmit the radio frequency signal with the first transmission line; and mutual coupled feeding is performed between the two first radiation feed portions and the first transmission line feed portion.
