The present invention relates to a system and a method for supplying energy to an apartment building. The system for supplying energy to the apartment building interworks with a distributing board which receives power from a power supply plant and supplies electricity to a power load, a boiler, and a heating and hot water circulation pipe through which hot water produced by a boiler by using city gas supplied through a gas pipe is supplied to a hot water load and a heating load through a supply header, recovers the supplied hot water thorough a return header, and resupplies the hot water to the boiler. The system for supplying the energy to the apartment building comprises: a combined heat and power generator which produces the hot water or electricity by consuming the city gas; a heat pump which produces the hot water by consuming the electricity; and a control unit which controls a hot water supply through the combined heat and power generator, the heat pump, and the boiler and controls an electricity supply through the combined heat and power generator and the distributing board. |
