The present invention relates to a cosmetic tube vessel stably protecting an inner polyethylene (PE) layer made of a transparent material, where cosmetic contents is stored, by laminating a polyester film layer with high mechanical strength and excellent thermal and chemical stability made of a transparent material on the upper side of the inner polyethylene layer made of a transparent material, and effectively preventing the cosmetic contents inside a laminate tube from being spoiled by light by forming an opaque printed layer blocking external light on the surface of the laminate tube.
