The present invention relates to a fluid injection device to inject a fluid such as a release agent or cooling water into a mold of a hot forging device and, more specifically, relates to a fluid injection device which freely adjusts a horizontal position of an injection nozzle to inject the fluid; positions the injection nozzle corresponding to various types of molds in accordance with the type or shape of the forging objects formed by the hot forging device; and injects the fluid into the mold. In addition, in accordance with the present invention, since a fluid supply pipe provided with an injection nozzle is able to be moved to a left, right, front, and rear directions with respect to the mold, it is possible to obtain an effect capable of moving the position of the injection nozzle with respect to an inside of the mold in the left, right, front, and rear directions. Since the position of the ejection nozzle is able to be moved, it is possible to obtain an effect capable of freely adjusting an injection position of the fluid with respect to the inside of the mold which is varied in accordance with the type and shape of the forging objects which are forged-formed. Since the injection nozzle is moved in correspondence with the form in the mold wherein the forging object is formed and the fluid is able to accurately be injected, it is possible to obtain an effect capable of reducing an amount of fluid used. |
