An organic thin-film solar cell module (100) provided with: a substrate (10); a first transparent electrode layer (111) and a second transparent electrode layer (112) disposed on the substrate (10); an organic layer (14) disposed on the substrate (10) and on the first transparent electrode layer (111) and the second transparent electrode layer (112); a plurality of dot-like contact holes (50) disposed through to the second transparent electrode layer (112) in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the organic layer (14); a metal electrode layer (16) disposed on the organic layer (14), and on the second transparent electrode layer (112) through the dot-like contact holes (50); and passivation layers (26, 28, 30, 32) disposed on the metal electrode layer (16); a method for manufacturing the organic thin-film solar cell module (100); and an electronic device on which the organic thin-film solar cell module (100) is mounted. The invention provides: an organic thin-film solar cell module in which the structure of the serial junction portion structure is improved and a good visual quality is provided without compromising the outward appearance; a method for manufacturing the organic thin-film solar cell module; and an electronic device. |
